Your Role and Responsibilities The role will primarily focus on compensation, while also contributing to and supporting work and projects related to benefits. As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will: Support the development and governance of global compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with DNV’s strategy and valued Contribute to the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews and incentive schemes Prepare materials and analyses for the Compensation Committee, supporting executive remuneration processes Play a key role in the administration and monitoring of employee profit-sharing programs and other incentive schemes Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and equity in compensation Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent application of global practices Participate in cross-functional projects related to compensation and benefits If you have any questions regarding this position, please contact Kristine Njærheim, Head of Group People Processes at: +4795294024. #LI-Hybrid About Group functions Group functions in DNV are experts on finance and accounting, human resources, communication and sustainability, legal, tax and compliance – providing company-wide support, governance and strategic projects.
