Job: Complaints Handler Supervisor
Area: Basildon
Salary: £34,000
This role is working for a leading Social Housing Contractor within their Admin Team. This is a permanent position based Basildon.

Responsibilities
  • Handling customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Liaising and manage with other team members and third parties i.e. Sub-contractors
  • Managing the team of other Complaints handlers
  • Dealing with incoming email queries
  • Managing the central tracker where the status of each complaint is kept, to ensure deadlines are met
  • Investigate serious, sensitive, or high-level complaints (e.g. prolonged disrepair, anti-social behaviour, poor treatment by housing officers).
  • Coordinate with various teams (repairs, tenancy services, legal, safeguarding) to resolve issues.
  • Communicate outcomes clearly and sensitively to complainants.
