About the Team:
The Business Operations team plays a pivotal role in ASL’s success, driving delivery of strategic, contractual and legislative commitments with agility and impact. We support the delivery of major programs with transparency and accountability, lead enterprise-wide initiatives that transform operations and embed new ways of working, including digital enablement. We are accountable for enterprise planning and performance, financial management, risk, governance and procurement, shaping ASL’s future through integrated planning and insightful reporting.
About the Role & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Compliance & Assurance, the Senior Compliance Advisor plays a key role in strengthening ASL’s compliance culture and supporting effective governance, risk management, and internal controls.
The role leads the maintenance and continuous improvement of ASL’s Enterprise Compliance Management Framework and Compliance Program, while partnering with business units to provide practical compliance advice, guidance, and support. Working closely with Line 1 teams and subject matter experts across the organisation, the role promotes a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
