YOUR TEAM
You will be joining a diverse, welcoming and international team of customs and trade compliance professionals, international trade lawyers and compliance officers, working with standardized and efficient processes.
Who we’re looking for:
- Preferably graduates in Economics or Legal, with experience working in a multinational company in the area of procurement, supply chain, sustainability, compliance or legal
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in one of the following areas would be preferred:
- Legal or compliance regarding business partner due diligence or supplier risk mitigation
- Sustainable sourcing
- Trade compliance (Customs, Export Controls and Sanctions regulations related)
- (Strategic) procurement, supplier management
- Fluent English speaker (level B2-C1)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Diligent, structured and thorough working style
- Friendly and service-oriented mindset
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, accountability and ownership of work
- Able to successfully handle competing priorities/deadlines effectively
- Experience working with XML file formats is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Analyst, you will work on multiple client accounts and will be supporting day-to-day communication with your Deloitte Team, as well as client interaction, to:
- Provide high quality and timely delivery of service to meet client expectations
- Support clients with trade compliance related services such as:
- HS and ECCN classification of materials
- Business Partner Due Diligence: Execute screening of suppliers by using Deloitte screening solution and prepare screening result reports
- Supply Chain Due Diligence: Collect information related to products and to sourcing based on supplier questionnaire, review and assess data collected against predefined metrics
- Collect other customs related data elements such as country of origin or long term supplier declaration from supplier
