Will you be our next Senior Compliance and AML Analyst (m/f/x)? Job Description At Zastrpay, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and risk management. We are seeking a Compliance and AML Analyst (m/f/x) to join our team and help ensure our operations align with applicable rules and regulations. This is a Hybrid role with insights into Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering. Some of the things that you will be doing: You will support in regulatory oversight, ensuring that policies and procedures comply with regulations. In order to remain compliant, you will provide the team with ongoing trainings and foster a culture of compliance and AML awareness across the company. It is your responsibility to provide regular reporting on compliance findings, assist in filing STRs and escalate incidents as needed. You will collaborate with the AML team to test and improve processes, report on KPIs and respond promptly to AML-related incidents. We stay on top, by maintaining and evolving our Regulatory Risk Assessments and Compliance Management Program, therefore you will be supporting projects with compliance implications. Qualifications You will be a great fit if you have the following: Bachelors Degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field of study complemented with a Professional Qualification within Compliance and/or AML. 4+ years of experience in a similar role and experience of working in a fast-moving industry in a similar position. A self-starter attitude, thriving in dynamic environments and taking initiative to drive projects forward. Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex compliance requirements clearly and effectively. A keen eye for detail with exceptional organizational and record-keeping abilities that will drive efficiency and accuracy. Fluency in English is required for this role.
