Senior Compliance - Your Role :
The Senior Compliance AML Officer will oversee key compliance processes and contribute to the company’s regulatory framework, with potential to evolve into the MLRO role.

• Draft AML/KYC reports, manage controls, and address compliance-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to regulations such as MiFID II, DORA, and GDPR.
• Review legal documents and oversee fund registration processes.
• Collaborate with teams across Europe and participate in occasional travel after the probation period.
  Senior Compliance - Your Profile:
  The ideal candidate has 4 to 7 years of experience in compliance or corporate governance, a strong understanding of AML/KYC processes, and expertise in regulatory frameworks. Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) is essential, while French is an advantage.
  The role suits someone proactive, organized, and adaptable, capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a small team.
