You will lead and continuously improve REI Super's compliance management framework, including:

• Managing the obligations register, compliance plans, attestations and monitoring activities.
• Leading regulatory change management and translating new requirements into practical business actions.
• Overseeing breach assessment, escalation and reporting processes.
• Leading complaints governance, quality oversight, trend analysis and systemic issue identification.
• Developing and delivering compliance assurance reviews.
• Preparing compliance reporting for Executive leadership, Board Committees and the Board.
• Acting as business owner for the implementation and ongoing optimisation of our GRC platform.
