This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Learner Compliancy Assistant Manager - REMOTE. The role is pivotal in providing strategic oversight and operational leadership for the New Learner Compliancy and Learner Compliancy teams. This position ensures adherence to credentialing standards while supervising the compliance specialists. The Assistant Manager will drive efficiencies, monitor compliance metrics, and manage escalations, all to uphold high standards of learner compliance at scale, ultimately contributing to the overall educational mission. \n Accountabilities Oversees the work of Learner Compliancy specialists and supports their development. Ensures consistent execution of compliance workflows across all learner populations. Monitors and evaluates team KPIs to ensure compliance targets are met. Partners with leadership to implement process improvements and system enhancements. Resolves escalated compliance issues that cannot be managed at the senior level. Develops and delivers communications and training to ensure knowledge of policies. Manages team scheduling and resource allocation for efficiency. Participates in strategic planning to scale the support function. Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required. Minimum 8 years of experience in compliance or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing multiple teams and overseeing large learner populations. Strong analytical skills with experience in compliance metrics and reporting. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and credentialing systems required.
