YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement monitoring plans
• Ensure adherence to MIFID regulations and oversee Omnibus accounts
• Support the trading room by providing compliance guidance on market activities
• Oversee governance frameworks and ensure regulatory alignment
• Collaborate with Belgian entities and liaise with the BNB (Banque Nationale Belge)
• Monitor AML/KYC processes and ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop and execute remediation plans for regulatory and client file updates
• Maintain compliance dashboards and key risk indicators (KRI)
• Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
• Provide compliance training and guidance to internal teams
