OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will play a crucial role in developing compliance strategies, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight of all daily compliance operations, including regulatory reporting, client on-boarding, and other due diligence processes.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Update and maintain the company’s AML compliance manual and risk assessment program.
  • Educate and train personnel on compliance procedures and facilitate annual compliance testing.
  • Liaise with regulators and serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related matters.
  • Oversee project management for regulatory audits and reviews.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required, such as record keeping and data entry.
