Job Title: Senior Compliance Officer
Location: The Acre, Covent Garden, London - Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office. OR Singapore, Robinson Road - Hybrid working

We’re looking for a detail orientated and analytical individual who will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development, management and execution of the BSI’s ethics and compliance program.
In this role you will support the Head of Compliance & Ethics and a wide range of internal stakeholders in relation to risk analysis, policy management, compliance investigations, training and monitoring activities.
You will be recognised as a subject matter expert and will be is responsible for drafting and editing policies and procedures and overseeing the management of the wider Group Policy Framework. This includes identifying, researching and interpreting the laws, rules, regulations, codes, standards and guidelines that govern the company’s operations.
In addition, to enable a more proactive and predictive approach to the assessment and early identification of compliance risk, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the compliance and legal analytics strategy and risk monitoring activities. As well as play a keep part in promoting a culture of ethics and integrity within BSI, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training material and overseeing communication and awareness campaigns.
