DWF Labs is the new generation Web3 investor and market maker, one of the world's largest high-frequency cryptocurrency trading entities, which trades spot and derivatives markets on over 60 top exchanges. This is a remote role preferably based in UTC+4 to UTC+8 time zone. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end VARA and FSC licensing process, including application preparation, documentation, and ongoing submissions. Upon approval of the license, act as the appointed Compliance Officer to oversee and maintain all compliance obligations under the relevant regulatory framework. Ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions by liaising with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and Board members. Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive compliance policies and procedures that align with relevant rulebooks, AML/CTF laws, and internal standards. Provide senior management with compliance and regulatory updates, risk assessments, and recommendations. Requirements: 6–8 years of compliance experience, ideally with financial services or fintech licensing in Dubai (VARA/DFSA/FSRA/ADGM). Strong knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks and international standards. Direct experience with regulatory reporting and liaison.

Responsibilities

Lead the VARA and FSC licensing process and act as the appointed Compliance Officer upon approval. Ensure compliance obligations are met and provide updates and recommendations to senior management.
