Responsibilities
  • Support the EU Head of Compliance in developing and maintaining policies in line with Luxembourg and EU regulations (MiFID II, MiCA/R, DORA, AML/CFT).
  • Act as a second line of defense, ensuring strong compliance risk management and regulatory adherence.
  • Provide compliance advisory to internal teams, ensuring regulatory requirements are properly understood and implemented.
  • Conduct compliance monitoring and testing, assessing the effectiveness of policies and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and regulators, maintaining strong relationships with the CSSF and other regulatory bodies.
  • Support regulatory watch and impact assessment processes, ensuring the company remains ahead of upcoming changes.
  • Assist in training and awareness initiatives, ensuring employees are well-informed on compliance obligations.
  • Supervise financial crime compliance processes, working closely with Customer Operations and the global compliance team to investigate suspicious activities.
