As a Senior Compliance Officer, you’ll work within an experienced Compliance team, dedicated to guiding the business in navigating regulatory requirements within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and also offering subject matter expertise and support to junior team members.

EXPERIENCE THAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD OF THE CURVE

  • Extensive experience and compliance knowledge within the general insurance sector
  • Understanding of FCA Handbooks, especially ICOBS, PROD4, DPA, financial crime, consumer credit and complaints
  • Experience of practical application of FCA rules and regulations, such as Consumer Duty, SMCR.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, You will stay informed on regulatory updates, interpret their implications, and translate them into practical compliance solutions. You will assist with the implementation of the compliance plan, developing and maintaining policies, processes and MI reports to ensure the necessary aspects of regulatory compliance are adhered to.
Your responsibilities will also include providing review, advice, and approval of financial promotions, as well as designing and delivering regulatory training to the business.
