We are looking for a Brazilian lawyer based in Switzerland (m/f/d) as Senior Compliance Officer LATAM / BR Aufgaben Monitoring transactions with the AML, KYC, KYT compliance program of the private bank with focus on Brazilian clients on the basis of Swiss, UK and Bazilian regulations / Performing analyses with the tools for checking customers and filtering transactions, especially for high risk clients / Ensuring that any significant findings identified are fully investigated and promptly escalated if necessary / Conducting reviews and quality controls of Brazilian customer profiles as well as carry out additional clarification process with the first or second line of defense / Preparing periodic concise management reports to the senior management / Point of contact for the authorities regarding investigation reports (MROS) / Providing expert Avdic and trainings / Controlling the Compliance documentation / Close cooperation with the São Paulo and London office and client relationship managers / Participation in the bank's LATAM projects and initiatives. Qualifikation Master's degree in Law, ideally from a Brazilian university / Brazilian lawyer diploma as an advantage / Sound working experience as a compliance officer in the private banking industry and sound knowledge of Brazilian market and culture / Professional experience in the Swiss, Brazilian, and British markets and their regulations in the field of AML, KYC, KYT, terrorist financing and sanctions / Use Swiss, Brazilian, and British compliance and legal portals to conduct international research / Strong analytical skills and mind set with the ability to work thoroughly and independently / Good communicator and enabler / Solution oriented with a pragmatic approach / Readiness to closely work with people / Ability to work under pressure and to take clear decisions / Excellent interpersonal skills / Current Swiss residence is required / Fluency in Portuguese and English, French as an advantage.
