1. COMPLIANCE & REGULATORY MANAGEMENT

• Design and implement compliance procedures aligned with applicable MAS fund management company regulations for Metabit Asset Management Pte Ltd, its managed funds as well as its beneficial owners (the “Group)
• Enhance the Group’s compliance framework, including policies, controls and monitoring processes on an on-going basis

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or related discipline from a globally recognised university
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in MAS licensed fund management company within a hedge fund, family office, compliance advisory firm, regulator or similar experience accretive institution
• Familiarity with MAS regulations (including LFMC and AML/CFT) and fund compliance best practices
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and high-performing team
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
