Job Description Perform internal investigations and manage physical security activities that protect the company’s integrity, assets, and people. This role supports the Compliance Programme by ensuring that all complaints, suspected misconduct, and security risks are handled fairly, independently, and in line with ISO 37008 - Internal Investigations of Organizations, the principles of SGS Investigation Policy and Security Risk Management Policy. The Senior Compliance Officer helps build a safe and ethical working environment by identifying risks, investigating issues, and recommending actions to prevent future problems. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in internal investigation, anti-corruption programmes, working with anti-bribery frameworks. •Familiarity with inspection operations in TIC industry is preferred. • Proficient in compliance regulations, policies, ethical standards, and investigative methodologies. • Strong analytical and interviewing skills. •Ability to travel for investigations and site security checks. • Demonstrate work with integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. •University degree in a related field (e.g. Law, Business Administration, People Security University or other relevant disciplines).•Candidates with prior investigative experience in government agencies, banks, insurance companies, or foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises are strongly encouraged to apply. Such backgrounds will be considered a valuable asset during the selection process
