Do you want to take on responsibility and actively shape regulatory standards? You impress with your strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and structured work style. With your IT affinity and process understanding, you develop innovative solutions and work in a detail-oriented and results-driven manner as part of a team.

She can expect:

Audit Management & Standards Compliance : You will conduct audits and control measures, document and evaluate the results, and also assume audit management. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with group-wide standards in our international subsidiaries.
Regulatory advice & ICS development : You advise the specialist departments on regulatory requirements and continuously develop our internal control system in the area of anti-money laundering and terrorist financing.
Project management: They advise and support projects related to compliance, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and develop practical solutions for implementing compliance guidelines.
Group-wide cooperation & compliance assurance : You will work closely with our parent company and the international compliance teams, contributing to ensuring group-wide compliance.

They bring with them:

They have completed a degree with a focus on economics, law, business law or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of experience in the areas of anti-money laundering, WpHG compliance, or MaRisk compliance. Ideally, you possess relevant certifications such as CCP.
They possess in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. BaFin regulations) and have experience in the implementation and monitoring of relevant regulations.
They think in a structured way, communicate confidently and precisely, and have an affinity for IT-supported processes.
They enjoy working in an interdisciplinary manner, are solution-oriented, and can present complex issues in an understandable and target-group-oriented way.
