DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an Irish qualified lawyer or compliance professional with strong financial services regulatory experience to join our Global Financial Services Compliance team in Ireland . In this role you will: Lead local implementation of compliance initiatives. Ascertain and document applicable compliance programme requirements and ongoing obligations to help facilitate a comprehensive global compliance programme framework. Work with international legal and compliance teams to advise on local regulatory obligations, licensing, and horizon scanning for regulatory change. Engage with local regulators and work cross-functionally and globally to prepare and present on local regulatory topics. Complex completion, coordination and management of local regulatory reports and similar regulatory matters. Engage with compliance teams to identify best practices and implement improvements. Assisting the team with ongoing improvements to the programme management processes. Oversee end-to-end initiatives that require the coordination of multiple teams to reach resolution.
