Description

The Senior Compliance Reporting Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Physician Payments Sunshine Act by accurately compiling, reviewing, and submitting reports on payments and other transfers of value to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and teaching hospitals. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments, including Finance and Legal.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, finance, or a related field

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Specific experience in Sunshine Act reporting
  • Experience with Oracle, ManMan, and Concur systems.
  • Knowledge of CMS reporting requirements and the Physician Payments Sunshine Act.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical device company

Responsibilities

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect and compile data from various sources, including Oracle, ManMan, and Concur, to ensure all reportable payments and transfers of value are accurately captured.
  • Prepare and submit Sunshine Act reports in accordance with CMS requirements, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
  • Monitor and review HCP expenses for compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and resolve any errors or discrepancies in the data, working closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on Sunshine Act reporting requirements and processes.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all processes and procedures related to Sunshine Act reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with relevant teams to implement changes that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of Sunshine Act reporting.

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $64,074- to $99,788. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
