Job Title: Compliance Operations Specialist

About the Role

The Compliance Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day execution of Bybit's global compliance operations programme.

Working across multiple licensed jurisdictions, you will help ensure regulatory commitments are translated into practical operating processes, tracked effectively, and maintained throughout the licence lifecycle. This role works closely with Legal, Licensing, Product, Operations and regional teams to support operational readiness and ongoing compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tracking of regulatory obligations, licensing conditions and operational actions, coordinating stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Support the operational implementation of new licences by preparing SOPs, process documentation, implementation checklists and business readiness materials.
• Monitor adherence to compliance operational processes and escalate risks or overdue actions.
• Prepare operational reports, implementation updates and management briefing materials.
• Coordinate regulatory implementation activities with Legal, Licensing, Product, Operations and regional teams.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections and operational reviews through documentation and action tracking.
• Assist with operational gap assessments and remediation initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–6 years' experience in Compliance Operations, Regulatory Operations, Project Management Office or a similar operational role within financial services, fintech or another regulated industry.
• Experience supporting multiple projects or jurisdictions simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to produce clear SOPs, process documentation and management reports.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Crypto or digital asset experience is advantageous but not essential.
