JOB SUMMARY:

The role involves escalating non-compliant findings to management and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining business ethics and integrity.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree.
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
- At least 4 years of work in compliance, regulatory or audit experience.
- Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the desire to provide a high level of customer service.
- Demonstrated business experiences to include: customer service, professional communication (written and verbal) project management, organization and problem solving.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years corporate compliance experience in the medical device, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industry.
- Working knowledge of healthcare-related laws and regulations (including Anti-Kickback statute, False Claims Act, and OIG guidance on an effective compliance program) as well as applicable industry codes (e.g. AdvaMed Code on Interactions with Healthcare professionals).
- Great interpersonal skills to work with multifunctional business teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to embrace change and innovation.
- Strong attention to detail.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$85,280.00 - $123,760.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
