We’re seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Technician to join our expanding team in Burton on Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on-site compliance administration, support junior staff and play a critical role in maintaining quality and food safety standards.
As a Senior Compliance Technician, you’ll manage all compliance administration activities and act as the central point of contact for compliance-related matters across the business. You’ll also oversee reporting, document control and complaint resolution, making you a vital part of the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage all administrative aspects of compliance
  • Guide and support Compliance Administrators
  • Act as the key contact for compliance-related enquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer/internal complaints
  • Conduct trend analysis and suggest corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate complaint records and follow-ups
  • Manage compliance, quality, and food safety KPI reporting
  • Analyse non-conformances, audit results, and other metrics
  • Maintain and control the site’s Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ensure all documents meet regulatory and internal standards
