Description
Selection, qualification, and introduction of electronic components to support business Develop and maintain component technical specifications Provide technical support to FAE, sales teams, and customers Responsible for the selection, qualification, and introduction of magnetic components, capacitors, current-sensing resistors, and other electronic components, ensuring compliance with company technical specifications and quality standards. Develop and maintain component technical specifications, testing standards, and certification processes to meet industry requirements (e.g. AEC-Q, RoHS, REACH). Provide product presentations and technical support to FAE, sales teams, and customers. Manage OEM suppliers, conduct technical audits, qualification assessments, and monitor production quality control. Track component lifecycle, handle alternative sourcing, cost-reduction initiatives, and risk assessments. Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and component-related anomalies. Participate in supplier technical audits and factory inspections, driving process improvements and quality enhancements. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields、5 years above design experiences of magnetics product Familiar with industry standards and certification requirements for electronic components; experience in supplier management is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of independently performing component selection and technical evaluations. Solidworks etc.
