SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong conceptual thinking abilities with a proven track record of developing campaign identities and scalable design systems which can be built into creative management platforms (Streameye)
  • Expertise in creating master campaign artwork and ensuring quality control across all deliverables.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere). Familiarity with HTML5/CSS, UI/UX principles, and designing for responsive platforms.
  • Strong digital design skills, supported by an impressive digital portfolio.
  • Experience in working with offshore production agencies, providing clear feedback, and overseeing project execution.
  • Understanding of regional localisation needs to ensure designs resonate with localised audiences.
  • Proficiency in following internal processes and adhering to brand guidelines throughout the creative process.
  • Comfortable leading projects from ideation to final production with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and 3D design is advantageous.
  • Experience in online Sportsbook or gaming industries is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a passion for contributing to a team-oriented culture and achieving shared goals.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Creative Lead, this role is centered on conceptual design and campaign ideation, crafting standout master designs, and developing scalable design systems. A key responsibility will be collaborating with our offshore production agency, ensuring that the master designs you create are seamlessly adapted and delivered across a wide range of media and channels.
The Senior Creative Designer will adopt a “think first, design later” approach, working closely with the Creative Lead to shape distinctive visual identities for campaigns, product launches, seasonal events, and major sporting occasions. Success in this role hinges on an understanding of regional nuances, ensuring that localised nuance designs help to deliver engaging experiences across global audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help lead conceptual design and ideation for campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and marquee sporting events.
  • Create master designs and define scalable design systems for execution by the offshore production agency.
  • Work closely with the Creative Lead to develop cohesive visual identities that align with brand, marketing, and OKR objectives.
  • Support in providing creative direction and feedback to the offshore production agency, ensuring output meets brand standards and is consistent across all media and channels.
  • Oversee the localisation of design styles for specific regions to ensure audience engagement and to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers from the offshore production agency and stakeholders, to align on campaign goals and execution plans.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously deliver innovative solutions.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders as well as incorporating feedback into final deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising design quality.
  • Be able to effectively use all Martech tooling, including Streameye and the promotion server, for landing page creation and related marketing deliverables.
