Description
The Mission Step out of the ward and onto the world’s most exclusive waters. We are seeking an exceptional critical care professional to provide dedicated, 1:1 care for an esteemed 80-year-old VIP aboard a magnificent private superyacht. This role demands clinical perfection while offering an unparalleled lifestyle. You will safeguard our principal’s health as the vessel explores a brand-new, sun-drenched Mediterranean itinerary—anchoring by the historic coastlines of Sicily, the tranquil, pristine bays of Menorca, and the exclusive marinas of Cyprus. The Team In the ultra-high-net-worth sector, you are never without world-class support. You will be an integral part of a bespoke medical entourage. Your daily clinical environment is directed by a resident Lead British Doctor, working in seamless collaboration with onboard Physiotherapists and an elite, Western-trained nursing team. The Safety Elite healthcare requires a fully rested, highly focused team. To guarantee gold-standard care for our VIP and completely protect our nursing staff from fatigue, we operate a strict, non-negotiable double-nurse shift system. This ensures a continuous blanket of safety while allowing you to perform at your absolute peak. Requirements Clinical & Professional Requirements This high-tier rotation is reserved exclusively for seasoned professionals who meet our uncompromising standards: Education: A Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is an absolute requirement. Experience: 4+ years of recent, high-intensity clinical practice strictly within ICU, ER, or A&E environments. Communication: Native or C1 equivalent English fluency, paired with the supreme emotional intelligence and discretion required in private VIP care. Benefits The Compensation & Lifestyle Package We offer a remuneration structure designed to attract Scotland’s top acute-care talent: Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free). Living Arrangements: Premium en-suite quarters aboard the vessel, providing a luxurious and private sanctuary off-shift. Leave: 30 days of generous annual leave to ensure you remain fully recharged. Expenses: 100% of your global travel, fine culinary, and day-to-day living expenses are entirely covered. The Process We respect the intense schedules of active ER and ICU nurses. To ensure a highly discreet and efficient evaluation, the initial interview phase will be conducted entirely via our secure online platform.
