Senior Concierge Officer (10358)   At the NSW Department of Education, we educate and inspire lifelong learners – from early childhood, through schooling to vocational education and training.   Ongoing Full-Time Located in Parramatta Competitive salary of $113,574 - $125,720 pa plus superannuation and leave loading   About the role Oversee the provision of concierge support services for visitors and staff at the Department’s 105 Philip Street office to ensure high-quality, professional service delivery in accordance with agreed standards and objectives.   The position will require you to provide concierge and office support services, including, but not limited to, visitor and guest services, meeting room bookings and setups, and general office administration, to optimise efficiencies and support day-to-day business operations.   This role is part of the 105 Phillip Street Concierge Team and the broader Office Accommodation team, which also provides Concierge Services at the Eveleigh Office and supports asset and property management for the Department’s other Education Support Offices across New South Wales.   For further information please click here to view the role description   About you - Strong customer service skills Ability to work as part of a cohesive team Can balance competing and conflicting priorities and customer needs Demonstrated experience in providing a high standard of customer service in a front-line service environment Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.   Essential requirements of the role Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent workplace experience. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
