Description
SAIC is seeking an experienced Configuration Management Analyst to support SAIC's NXP Program. This role is in Suffolk, VA and requires ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance. The Configuration Data Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of the Configuration Management/Data Management process. Oversee process to ensure accurate, complete, and consistent records. Develop and implement comprehensive data and configuration management strategies, policies, and procedures. Define and implement processes to segregate and safeguard sensitive and proprietary data using role-based access controls. Establish and maintain records for controlled documents and artifacts. Ensure standardization across program tools and artifacts as well as alignment with government processes. Establish and enforce CM process; to include pre-defined roles and responsibilities, workflow management, and version control. Facilitate risk reviews and reporting, ensuring that all potential issues are documented and addressed alongside configuration changes. Oversee the processes within the configuration framework, ensuring proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR Masters and 3 years of relevant experience. Additional professional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Experience with Configuration Management or Data Management Processes on development programs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate meetings. Experienced with fast-paced, dynamic programs. Experience in Agile methods for program management or software development. Experience supporting a Space program desired! Security+ Certification OS Certification of one of the following; CCNA, CCNP Enterprise Linux, VMware Professional, Windows 2019 or higher, or VMware Certified Associate. 6 month waiver authorized to obtain
