Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Commercial Manager for our Master Development projects. In this leadership role, you will oversee the commercial aspects of large-scale construction initiatives, ensuring that all aspects of project delivery align with financial and strategic objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in managing budgets, contracts, and procurement processes while fostering collaboration between construction teams and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies for master development projects, focusing on cost management and value optimization. Manage all contractual matters, including negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts with contractors and suppliers. Exposure to infrastructure projects or large mixed use masterplans and city assets would be an advantage Collaborate with project managers to monitor project costs and financial performance, conducting regular reviews and variance analyses. Provide financial forecasting and reporting to senior management, highlighting any potential risks or areas for concern. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, identifying opportunities for process improvement. Lead and mentor a team of commercial and contract specialists, promoting professional development and best practices. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field, supplemented with relevant qualifications like RICS, MCIArb, LLM At least 7 years of relevant experience in construction commercial management, with a focus on master development projects. Expertise in contract negotiation, management, and compliance, with a strong understanding of commercial law. Proven ability to manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance effectively. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement. Proficient in construction management software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
