Description
Bachelors' of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Minimum of ten 15 years experience in construction management on civil works projects (earthwork, roads, utilities, infrastructure, paving, pumping stations, wastewater treatment plants, etc). Advanced verbal and written communication and organizational skills. Ability to interact effectively with the Construction Contractor management personnel and crew. Ability to work with others, including utilities, state, local, and federal agencies, Demonstrate independent and effective problem solving/decision making. Must be fluent in both written and spoken English. Masters' degree in Engineering, Construction or a BS in these fields and an MBA. A PE, CCM or QSP is also highly desired. Active participation in a regional or national professional association Familiarity with wastewater treatment plant instrumentation and controls.
