Become part of this team immediately as a construction manager or senior construction manager (m/f/d) on our construction sites primarily in the Hamburg area.

Your new challenge:

• You are responsible for the technical guidance, management, and control of all employees under your area of ​​responsibility, in close cooperation with the technical construction preparation team.
• You will be responsible for monitoring the progress of our construction projects, both in terms of quality and schedule.
• You will monitor all necessary construction processes and all project-related construction trades with regard to coordination and alignment.
• You will be responsible for managing efficient personnel and equipment deployment during the ongoing construction project, as well as the administrative responsibility for invoices, change order management, and the construction site results.

What you need to bring:

• You laid the foundations with a completed degree in engineering (civil engineering) and have several years of professional experience as a responsible construction manager or project manager in the field of structural work and turnkey construction with project volumes between 8 and 30 million EUR.
• Your strong cost awareness and adherence to the budget allow you to reliably identify optimization and savings opportunities in line with an entrepreneurial approach.
• You are familiar with the relevant laws, regulations and standards in the construction sector and you have a secure command of MS Office and AVA programs.
• Your pragmatic and solution-oriented thinking guides you through your daily work, which you master independently, reliably and responsibly.
• Even under high pressure, you keep a cool head and, thanks to your excellent leadership qualities, can motivate your team, as well as recognize and utilize potential.
