Intergrande Building Contracting was established in 2021 with the vision of becoming the premier construction service provider in the United Arab Emirates. Intergrande Real Estate Developments was established with the goal of executing projects that exemplify exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail. We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa’s and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. We are actively preparing to initiate construction on these projects while simultaneously seeking high-potential opportunities for future development.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Budgeting:Develop scopes of work, prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets, and manage all fiscal aspects of the project.
  • Contractor & Subcontractor Management:Soliciting bids, negotiating contracts, managing subcontractor relationships, and ensuring compliance with agreements.
  • Team Leadership:Leading and mentoring construction teams, including superintendents, supervisors, and junior managers, to meet project goals.
  • Quality Assurance & Control:Overseeing the quality of construction work against approved design plans and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Safety & Compliance:Implementing and overseeing site-specific safety plans and ensuring that all construction activities comply with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting:Monitoring and reporting on project progress, schedule adherence, budget status, and potential risks to senior management and clients.
  • Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving issues, managing change orders, and mitigating risks to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
  • Stakeholder Communication:Serving as a primary point of contact with clients, contractors, and government representatives regarding construction-related activities
