We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Construction Manager to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in the construction industry, demonstrating strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards and create and maintain a safe/secure jobsite environment.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors and be thoroughly familiar with the requirements of the general contract and specific packages thereby identifying changes, conflicts, etc prior to them occurring.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct site inspections.
• Oversee contract negotiations and change order management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-million dollar construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Aconex, MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
