Location: Dubai Creek Harbour, Ras Al Khor

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years in high-rise building projects.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in Dubai or the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory authorities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr.Construction Manager to lead the execution of high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction activities from inception to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage the overall progress of high-rise construction projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, costs, resources, and safety compliance.
  • Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and company quality standards.
  • Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and construction forecasts.
  • Implement best practices in construction methods, safety procedures, and risk management.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with design, plans, and specifications.
  • Resolve technical issues and site challenges promptly.
