ELITS is now looking for a Senior Construction Manager – Telecommunications Deployment in Mississauga.
Are you an experienced construction leader with expertise in telecommunications equipment deployment? We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to oversee all technical aspects of network equipment installation at assigned sites and venues, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Proven leadership experience in managing telecommunications construction projects from site planning through to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless network infrastructure, installation methods, and industry standards.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and construction partners.
  • Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, forecasting, and milestone tracking.
  • Strong understanding of RF requirements as they apply to site development.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and ensuring cost efficiency.
