Award winning construction company seeks a passionate and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead capital works delivery, supporting the MOD estate, across one of the largest PFI contracts in the UK.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• An industry recognised qualification in a relevant discipline, e.g. degree in construction, civil engineering or MEP.
• Experience of managing contractors on a wide range of commercial/industrial projects.
• Proven knowledge and understanding of building regulations, along with working knowledge of CDM regulations.
• SMSTS & First Aid.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
  NB. Applicants must hold/or be eligible of obtaining UK Security Clearance at a minimum level of SC

• Working within a capital projects team you will deliver a large variety of new build construction, refurbishment and M&E projects from inception to completion.
• Manage external consultants and contractors throughout all stages from project definition to delivery and handover.
• Review and approve RAMS from subcontractors using the ATP process.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered in line with CDM regulations and safe system of work, asbestos management and QHSE requirements.
• Co-ordinate with building control and planning representatives. Ensure projects are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner with minimum disruption to services and the customer.
