• The ideal candidate is hyper-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented—a true self-starter with a strong backbone who can handle high expectations.

• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution
• Analyze and interpret civil drawings with precision and confidence
• Manage 2-4 projects simultaneously, ranging from $150K to $400K+
• Leverage AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook to keep projects on track
• Bring a keen eye for detail and exceptional follow-through to every aspect of your work
