The client is a franchised automobile dealer who has 3-Toyota Dealerships to re-image to Toyota Canada Inc. standards.
Project 1 Red Deer Alberta completion December 2029
Involves an increase in the building footprint as well as image update
Project 2 Chilliwack BC completion December 2027
Image update only.
Project 3 Campbell River BC completion December 2029
Mechanical shop expansion and image update.
The Project Manager will support the Dealer/Owner by being the primary interface with the contractor during construction design and construction allowing the Dealer to focus on Dealership operations.
Final scope of work and fee to be developed by the Dealer and successful candidate.
Candidates could be self-employed practitioners representing several clients at any time or individuals looking for less than full-time employment.
