We specialize in developing high-quality, efficient, and brand-forward hotels. Our team is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager who thrives in a fast-moving, owner-driven environment. An ideal candidate has a strong background in hotel development to lead ground-up and major renovation projects from pre-construction through close-out. This is not a bureaucratic role. You will work directly with ownership and senior leadership, playing a critical role in shaping how our hotels are built—from early feasibility through grand opening. Candidates with hotel, multi-family, and commercial experience are encouraged to apply, with strong preference given to those with hands-on experience in Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction. What You’ll Do Lead ground-up hotel development projects from concept through completion Partner directly with ownership on budgeting, feasibility, and design decisions Drive pre-construction efforts including estimating, value engineering, and scheduling Manage general contractors, consultants, and trades with a focus on accountability and execution Own project budgets, schedules, and quality outcomes—no handoffs, no silos Oversee change orders, cost reporting, and forecasting Coordinate with hotel brands to ensure standards are met without overbuilding Solve problems in real time and make informed decisions in the field Conduct weekly site walks, lead progress meetings, and maintain momentum through close-out Support post-construction close-out, punch lists, and warranty follow-up Help refine Seva’s construction processes as we continue to scale Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of construction project management experience, with a strong focus on hotel development Proven success managing ground-up hospitality projects Direct experience with Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction strongly preferred Experience in multi-family and/or commercial construction projects Strong understanding of construction contracts, Gantt chart scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Blue Beam, MS Project, Raken, or similar) OSHA certification or equivalent safety training Willingness to travel as required for project oversight Additional Information COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive salary commensurate with experience Performance-based incentives Health insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance Employee discount at Marriott, Hilton, & IHG locations Flexible schedule Compensation: USD 140000 - USD 175000 - yearly
