Job Description AECOM is seeking a part-time Senior Construction Record Keeper to work remotely, or in Houston, Texas. Job Responsibilities: Manage documents throughout all phases of construction projects, including developing and implementing project-specific filing structures and document control procedures. Maintain and organize project records, including directories, reproduced document originals, revisions, and photographs, both electronically and in paper format. Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping for highway and bridge construction projects. Prepare and review various project documents, including correspondence, reports, contractor's monthly pay estimates, and progress reports. Verify and monitor compliance with project requirements, including DBE compliance, payroll submissions, safety meetings, and deficiency minimization. Perform regular reviews of critical project documentation, such as Material on Hand reports, Daily Work Reports (DWRs), and proper use of pay items. Maintain proficiency in relevant software systems, including electronic document management systems (EDMS), SiteManager, and LCPTracker. Conduct occasional field site visits to project offices as needed. Assist in ordering supplies and equipment for project needs. Work flexibly between home and office locations as required for project demands. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: High School degree + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of experience supporting construction projects. Understanding of TxDot projects and documentation.
