JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of construction project.

  • To lead the planning and implementation of construction projects.
  • Manage and oversee daily activities of construction projects, monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • To Enforce strict safety regulations on-site, conduct safety briefings, and to ensure compliance with Risk Assessments and submission requirements.
  • To manage project budget and resources allocation, and planning for project schedule timelines.
  • To present reports defining project progress, problem and solution.
  • To present project evaluations and assessment of result after project completion.
  • Accountable for the work performance and development of the projects.
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure that works are aligns with project timelines and specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be analytical individual with strong leadership skills and able to provide clear instructions and work under pressure.
  • Must possess relevant qualifications in local construction industry.
  • Familair and experieced with work procedures for HDB Projects as well as others structural works.
  • At least 5 years of working experience as Construction Supervisor in construction of HDB project.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Planning and organizing.
  • Develop processes to optimise manpower allocation.
  • Monitor budgets and expenditure of the projects.
