Description Discover your exciting role The Senior Construction Supervisor participates in a team to oversee daily site operations,coordinate with subcontractors and manage construction staff,inspect and ensure quality of work, addressing any issues promptly to avoid delays. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Overseeing Daily Operations: Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities on the construction site to ensure the project progresses smoothly. Ensuring Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are strictly followed to maintain a safe working environment. Managing Construction Staff: Provide leadership and direction to construction workers, including scheduling tasks and monitoring performance. Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets the project's specifications and quality standards. Coordinating Subcontractors: Schedule and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and the delivery of materials. Communication: Maintain regular communication with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to keep them informed about project progress. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process to prevent delays and cost overruns. Show your expertise Experience in semiconductor and cleanroom environments is highly desirable. Mandarin is essential for effective communication on-site.
