REQUIREMENTS

• Working knowledge of common consultancy methods, analysis and process mapping
• Deep understanding of how Human Resources contributes to the success of global organisations
• Working knowledge of at least one market-leading HR Cloud System e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle or Cornerstone
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to a wide range of audiences in Italian and English
• Genuine team player and collaborative worker
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at Director and Board level
• Good knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint, Excel

THE ROLE

Strada’s Advisory Services team is dedicated to supporting our customers on their HR Transformation journeys. We help customers achieve successful HR Transformation by advising them on their digital HR technology, HR Operating Models, Change Management & Cloud Optimization initiatives.

HOW THIS ROLE FITS IN THE BROADER ORGANISATION

The Advisory team is a global team with 100+ professionals and is part of the wider team of Strada digital HR sales and implementation professionals delivering Strada’s range of technology and outsourcing solutions.
HR Transformation consultants contribute to Strada’s success by initiating strong customer relationships based on the foundation of the customer’s HR Transformation goals. As well as delivering ‘fee-earning’ consultancy projects we contribute to the success of the rest of the organisation by advising customers how to prepare for and get the best from their evolving HRIS technology.
