Our Data & AI team comprises of over 500 specialist practitioners across Australia, each of whom are constantly curious and excited about combining their business acumen and technological expertise to create data-centric solutions that help solve complex problems and transform or reinvent our client’s business.
Our Data & AI team work with public and private sector clients helping them to design and implement world leading solutions and capabilities. From setting Data & AI strategy, building and scaling the platforms and tools to bring the strategy to life, through to accelerating our clients ability to develop and deploy GenAI models, we are the partner of choice for our clients and our alliance vendors.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
We are looking for Senior Consultant whose suite of capabilities include:
At least 3 years experience in Technical Business Analyst roles across advisory and Data Management consulting.
Robust implementation and in-depth knowledge of Data Management frameworks and processes, tools and technologies.
Advanced SQL skills required for analysing large data sets (any flavour); application of these skills on project(s) will be an added benefit.
Data analysis, data profiling, understanding of data management patterns in a Data Warehouse environment and data presentation skills.
Consultative skills, including stakeholder identification, engagement, and management.
Written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audience.
Understanding of data modelling concepts in a Data Warehouse environment e.g. 3NF, Dimensional, Data Vault etc.

EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS WOULD BE BENEFICIAL:

Data Analysis
Business Analysis
Project delivery
Ability to link industry-specific business requirements to solutions.
Ability to recommend best practice processes, governance, organisational and operating models.
Experience in a consulting environment, across diverse domains.
Experience successfully onboarding a complex solution to BAU business and technical stakeholders
Leadership skills – oversight of small team and provide scoping, planning, and management to help the team be successful.
Experience working with both technical and business teams.
Strong client engagement skills, with experience of working with executives and building positive, trusted relationships with them.
Strong analytical and organisational skills and the ability to handle working on high-priority, projects that deliver quality outcomes while meet schedules on time.
Additional skills in disciplines such as Business Case Analysis, AI & Data strategy and/or would be highly advantageous.
