As a Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Be experienced in deploying a range of the evidence generation methods we use, deploying them in a healthcare research project context.
  • Combine strategic and agile critical thinking with robust evidence to provide actionable recommendations that solve diverse, complex problems for a range of clients (Pharma, MedTech, Govt agencies, Academic institutions, UN and other global organisations, etc.).
  • Provide clear direction, guidance and leadership to the project teams to ensure the effective delivery of projects.
  • Lead activities to identify clients’ needs, then design solutions that meet those needs in a value-centric way.
  • Build and nurture relationships with current and potential new clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Foster team development by strengthening the team’s skills and capabilities, providing development feedback and creating a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Provide formal line management for Consultants, Senior Analysts and Analysts, fostering their growth and performance.

REQUIREMENTS
