The Opportunity EY MENA Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) is actively looking for Senior Consultants/Assistant Managers to join our growing practice in Cairo. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in IT project delivery and a strong background in managing AI/ML or data-driven projects within the context of sustainability. We are at the forefront of current trends in climate change and sustainability, engaging with clients at all levels to provide insights into these developments. We want candidates who are dedicated and capable of helping us develop our dynamic sustainability practice that focuses on making a difference for our clients as they navigate this agenda. Roles & Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and client-focused AI solutions and project management across multiple industries within the CCaSS practice while ensuring to meet applicable branding and risk management guidelines. You will be expected to work flexibly to meet client deadlines and EY quality standards. This role requires a creative mindset in addition to strong communication and team collaboration skills. Skills and Attributes for Success Exceptional planning and communication skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks in tight timeframes. Pro-active and results-driven individuals who can think outside the box will flourish in this environment. To Qualify for the Role, you should have the following: Hands-on experience in IT project delivery. 4+ years of experience managing AI/ML or data-driven projects. Hands-on experience in implementing AI models in industry, with experience in building and delivering AI products. Ability to work in partnership with internal stakeholders on the development of the architectural approach for one or more layers of a solution. Proficiency in designing solution architecture and integrating AI to enhance business outcomes. Excellent stakeholder management, agile delivery, and business acumen. Background in consulting/advisory with a client-facing, delivery-focused approach. Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
