The Opportunity EY MENA Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) is actively looking for Senior Consultants/Assistant Managers to join our growing practice in Cairo. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in IT project delivery and a strong background in data analytics and reporting tools, specifically within the context of sustainability. We are at the forefront of current trends in climate change and sustainability, engaging with clients at all levels to provide insights into these developments. Roles & Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and client-focused reports and dashboards across multiple industries within the CCaSS practice while ensuring to meet applicable branding and risk management guidelines. You will be expected to work flexibly to meet client deadlines and EY quality standards. This role requires a creative mindset in addition to strong communication and team collaboration skills. Skills and Attributes for Success Exceptional planning and communication skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks in tight timeframes. Pro-active and results-driven individuals who can think outside the box will flourish in this environment. To Qualify for the Role, you should have the following: Hands-on experience in IT project delivery. 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics using Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, or SharePoint. Experience working with datasets and building dashboards (data visualization). Ability to design data models that transform raw data into insightful knowledge by understanding business requirements in the context of BI. Proficiency in developing technical specifications and wireframes from business needs. Experience in formulating automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools. Background in developing Power BI desktop to create dashboards, KPI scorecards, and visual reports. Excellent stakeholder management, agile delivery, and business acumen. Background in consulting/advisory with a client-facing, delivery-focused approach. Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
