• Professional responsibility: You assume professional responsibility in projects related to overall bank management, regulatory reporting, risk management or other central bank processes and actively contribute to their further development.
• Analysis & Conception: You analyze complex business processes and regulatory requirements, derive areas of action and develop viable specialist and implementation concepts – in close coordination with the specialist departments and IT.
• Project management: You plan and control (sub-)projects in the banking sector, take responsibility for deadlines, budget and quality, and lead interdisciplinary teams to success in a goal-oriented manner.
• Stakeholder Management: You will act as the interface between the business department and IT, moderate workshops, coordinate requirements and ensure that goals and results are in line with customer and project specifications.
• Quality & Implementation: You will oversee the implementation of technical requirements, design tests, coordinate acceptance procedures, and support the introduction of new solutions in the department.
• Consulting & Customer Development: You advise customers on the further development of their professional and technical process landscape, support the development of strategies, tenders and presentations, and actively contribute your own ideas to the design of offers.
• Team & Mentoring: You support younger colleagues in the project and promote their development through coaching and knowledge transfer.

This is what you bring with you

• Completed studies in economics, business informatics or a comparable field of study.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in projects within the banking sector, ideally with a focus on business analysis, process management or overall bank management.
• Solid experience in capturing, analyzing and modeling business requirements, as well as in the design and implementation of IT-supported business processes.
• Methodological confidence in project management (classic and agile) – certifications such as IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 or Scrum are advantageous.
• Experience in leading (sub-)projects as well as in stakeholder and requirements management.
• High analytical competence, structured working methods and strong communication skills at all levels.
• Independent, solution-oriented work, coupled with teamwork skills and enthusiasm for consulting and technology.
• Excellent German and English skills.
