Job description:

We are seeking a Consultant (m/f/d) with experience in the regulatory environment of banks for a specialized, internationally active management consultancy. Our client supports renowned financial institutions in demanding transformation, risk, and compliance projects, combining the agility of a small team with the strength of a Europe-wide network.

The company is currently experiencing strong growth in the German market and offers the opportunity to take on responsibility in exciting projects at leading banks.

Your responsibilities

: - Advising banks on regulatory and supervisory issues

- Participating in projects related to risk management, compliance, and regulatory reporting

- Analyzing and optimizing processes within the banking environment

- Supporting the implementation of new regulatory requirements

- Managing and coordinating project activities in close collaboration with specialist departments and management

- Developing practical solutions for complex challenges in the financial sector

Your profile

: - Successfully completed degree in economics, finance, or a comparable field

- At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a management consultancy, bank, or financial services company

- Sound knowledge in at least one of the following areas: risk management, compliance, regulatory reporting, banking regulation

- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work

- Excellent German and English skills
