About the Role
We take our clients on the journey for change, bringing our collective depth of expertise in the domains of strategy, insights, analytics, digital enablement, and design thinking to help them articulate and implement a customer behaviour strategy that is truly inspiring to both their customers and the organisation’s success. You bring your passion for MarTech to the table and help your clients to design their next generation marketing ecosystem. You’re a MarTech implementation developer at making different components of a technology stack work together seamlessly and help your clients create personalised experiences which leave a lasting impression with their customers.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll tap into your technical toolkit to understand the best integration approach for marketing and advertising technology and work together with our key vendor contacts to get the most out of the platforms in market. You wake up in the morning to learn something new while pushing the boundaries of what true marketing automation can achieve.
About You
You have worked in a delivery team to implement enterprise-level MarTech solution from discovery, implementation, client onboarding & training.
You are comfortable working autonomously in an implementation team and delivering work from the direction of a Delivery lead.
You are a collaborator at heart, working with peers and others from different disciplines to bring the best out of each other and constantly focusing on continuous improvement through knowledge sharing.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Technology based Degree – Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
2+ years in a MarTech development role implementing technology architectures, governance, and
best practices for marketing automation, customer data platforms and analytics stacks
Worked in implementation and set-up of MarTech platforms (CDP, CRMs, Analytics, CRO &
Personalisation) in the following vendors Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Tealium, etc.
You are proficient working in the Google Marketing platform (GA, GA4 & GTM) suite.
You are proficient with Google Chrome Developer Tools (browser developer tools or equivalent) for debugging.
You have knowledge/experience with single page applications and web APIs
